Ένα οδοντιατρείο κρίνεται στην αίθουσα αναμονής, εκεί που ο ασθενής περιμένει. Οι τοίχοι βάφονται ανθρακί και τα τραπεζάκια γίνονται λευκοί, πολυγωνικοί όγκοι: αντικείμενα προς παρατήρηση, όχι έπιπλα αναμονής.
Στα ιατρεία η λογική αντιστρέφεται: λευκό, γκρι πορσελάνη, μαύρα ερμάρια και μια συνεχής γραμμή φωτισμού που διατρέχει την οροφή. Το δρύινο κούφωμα επαναλαμβάνεται σε κάθε άνοιγμα και κρατά τους δύο κόσμους μαζί.
A dental practice is judged in the waiting room, where the patient sits and waits. The walls go charcoal and the tables become faceted white volumes: objects to look at rather than furniture to endure.
In the surgeries the logic inverts: white, grey porcelain, black cabinetry and one continuous line of light running the ceiling. An oak frame repeats at every opening and holds the two worlds together.
